Can Oracle notify auditors when a user who has a corporate card submits out of pocket expenses?

Hi Everyone,

Business reason: Why do the users have a corporate card if they aren't using it? The idea would be to keep track of repeat offenders who keep submitting out of pocket expenses instead of using his/her corporate card.

Curious if there is functionality in place to do this and/or another similar option?
