Requisition Approval Notification - Approval History - Submitted by is Not having the pdf link

Summary:

When a requisition is submitted for approval, the Approver is receiving the notification, however that is not having the requisition pdf link attachment in the Approval History section

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Earlier in the Requisition Approval Notification, the Approver used to receive PR PDF as attachment. In the recent notifications we are not seeing the PR PDF attachments.

When reviewed the BIP template(RequisitionApprovalEmailLayout.rtf), it is invoking sub template (Common Content/Templates/Workflow Notification Subtemplate.xsb)
