Collections workbench search can we expand the list?

Could you please let us know if we can expand the Search like to have customer account description. If yes kindly let us know how to do it?

Also, rather defaulting Customer by Name, if we need to default by Transaction can that be done? If yes, kindly let us know how that can be done.
