Hi Experts, I initiated a 'Celebrate Event' action from Me then Touch Points and clicked on 'Celebrate Event' and choose person then send. The assignee has got x 2 email notifications from system one as FYI and other one on the original content. Would you please be able to advise/share your thoughts on how to deactivate one of them.
