How to work with Interim Evaluation with different evaluation items?

Summary:

Hi friends/Peers/Experts,

The requirement of our client (a university) is that there should be 2 evaluations in the year; at the end of 6 months and 12 months.

The Goals and competencies could be different for these?

I wanted to understand if I can use the Interim evaluation in this case.

Should I create 2 different goal plans because if the goal plan is same for both, when the mid year evaluation happens those goals would be repeated in the final evaluation.??
