Why the aplication task "Additional Person Info" is not available when the performer is the worker?

Summary:

Why the aplication task "Additional Person Info" is not available when the performer is the worker but when the performer is an area of responsability the option "Additional Person Info" shows in the lis t of values?

I´m currently working in a onboarding Journey. One of the tasks of the journey in an application task that has to take me to the "Additional Person Info" but the list is not showing that option unless the performer is an area of responsibility but for that task the performer is supposed to be the worker. When I did the same task in the teste environment it would let me select that task type for the worker but now in the productive environment it wont show me that option for a worker.
