Journey task is not getting Reassigned to a new Person

We are reassigning a Task to some other user and the task is not getting reassigned to the new person despite showing the message that Task is Reassigned.

Note the following things are happening:-

  1. That Particular task is moving from My task to Other's Task which is correct
  2. The new person to whom the task is assigned is not getting any notification(Note: We have enabled the Notifications at the Performer Level)
  3. Supposingly now the First Employee sees the Task under Other's Task. Now He/She is reassigning the Task to Self . Message is displayed as Task is reassigned but the task still remains under Other's Task but in ideal case it should move from Other's task to My Task
