CampaignID parameter in UTM shows wrong value

Hello Group!

I have a problem with custom UTM parameters that I want to hard coded into my emails. I don;t know why but the CampaignID parameters that I use shows me wrong campaign id. For now, I have part of the code like that:

...&utm_content=<span class=eloquaemail >CampaignId</span>

Unfortunately, the final URL in mail shows me completely different CampaignID then it is in real.

Do you see any issue in this part of the code?

Just to add... I am also using parameters like: elqEmailDefinitionID, RecipientId and they work as expected.
