Our client (the government) has a requirement to trigger background check verification to its internal police department. Now the background check will occur before candidate is moved to the Offer Phase.

The police department is internal - hence the employees are in the oracle. We need to notify one of the employees from Police department to initiate BGV.

• Can we enable BGV like this by internally notifying an employee?
