Not receiving Job alert external notification

Summary:

Candidates who have selected the checkbox - I agree to receive updates about new job opportunities , but still not receiving job alert notification . In Enterprise Recruiting and Candidate Experience Information , the value has been set to send Job alert notification every 1 day . Has anyone faced this issue.

Both the Job alert notifications are enabled.
