the name of contigent workers is not visible

Summary:

Hy,

we have a problem in Production Einvoirement whereby when a contingent worker opens a service request, in the agent's help desk interface the temporary workers name is not visible, 

They also do not have access to the KB

Could you please tell me why this behavior occurs?
