How to customize goal notification

Hi,

we have to customize a notification because on the notification we can see two field blank ("Success criteria" and "Level"). These field are hidden on the goal page, so they should not be visible also on notification.

Can you explain step to step how to customize it to remove these two field (also on the e-mail)?
