Preventing PTO Request across multiple time periods
Summary:
We're trying to update PTO rules so that a person cannot request time off that spans multiple time periods, and I'm not sure if that's possible.
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
We want to prevent an employee from requesting time off that spans multiple time periods, and instead have them enter the time off request as multiple requests. For instance, say the time period is Feb-18-2024 through Mar-02-2024 and an employee requests off Feb-26-2024 through Mar-06-2024. We would like them to enter a PTO request for Feb-26-2024 through Mar-02-2024 and then a second one for Mar-03-2024 through Mar-06-2024.
