How to update performance Document search engine

Hi Community

Wanted to personalize the performance Document search engine

Navigation : My Client Groups -> Performance -> Performance Document

  1. How to make Performance document (in Yellow) as mandatory as review period?
  2. Can we remove Active filter from the top?

We have utilized Page Composer, and when we designate a Performance document as required, all other filters become mandatory.

could anyone guide on how i can achieve this?
