Hi Team,
We have a requirement where a post appraisal survey is needed. I have setup questionairs for the same. My process flow is -
- Emp Self Evaluation
- Manager Evaluation
- HR approval
- Emp/Mgr Meeting
- Employe Final Feedback
How do I ensure that the questionairs do not appear during Emp Self Evaluation and it apprears during Employe Final Feedback.
As per the current setup I am able to see the questionairs at the time of Emp Self Evaluation only.
Is this possible.
