Goal Share option is not visible - Line manager

Summary:

Hi Folks,

Managers cannot share the goals of other employees.

Managers can share their OWN goals with other employees.

The share action will be visible only from this navigation: Me --> Career and Performance -->Goals

Unable to find the share option under the goals section of my team to share the goals between the reports as a line manager.

Let us know for any possible workaround.
