Employee Accrual Plans Discrepancy
Summary:
This is the Ticket History:
two employees in particular (Employee yyyyy and Employee xxxxx) accrual balances are incorrect possibly due to the logic used to set up accrual plans. EE yyyyy was part time for 6 years 10 months until the last 3 years she became fulltime. From the point of Fusion conversion, she has been accruing at 4.615 due to the system considering the part time years of service. Part time employees do not have accrual plans. As for EE xxxxx, the employee became fulltime, and the sick leave had a balance 40.62 due to the system reading the employee's part time years
