Automatically trigger renewable consent form to candidates

Summary:

Is there a way to trigger consent form every after 1 year to candidates? This is for GDPR requirement. We are looking for a way to manage candidates in accordance to GDPR. Included there would be the option to automatically send a consent form to a candidate a year after they applied or their last application to get their consent to keep their candidate data in the system. This would be beneficial in identifying which candidates the organization can keep and which ones should already be included in the candidate data disposal process.
