Task Assigned for Performer Notification not working for Area of Responsibility as the Performer

Hello, I am running into an issue where I have the performer of a task set as Area of Responsibility: "Recruiting", when the journey is assigned to a user the people within this AoR are not receiving a notification when the task is assigned. Screenshots below show the configuration as well as the Alerts History with a log of one of the people in the AoR evaluating an email but still not receiving the notification. The notification also does not go to their worklist, but the task does show in their "My Tasks". Any help troubleshooting would be appreciated. Thanks!
