How to hide fields in Supplier Registration page using VBS in Procurement cloud

We have a requirement to hide two questions in the contact registration section of the Supplier Registration Portal. Could anyone please help on how to hide the fields? Using VBS, we have added custom text in the page, but not getting option to hide part of existing content in the page.
