Responsys - Type of instance is wrong

Hi,

I have checked and the MyServices Console for Responsys and there is something wrong because the account 'COPELCIS' appears the type “base enterprise” (legacy pricing) instead the one we bought(“interactions pricing”).

When I log in the myServices account I see a console like OCI, not a SaaS console. I addition, in Billing Metrics tab there is a unforeseen usage cost like a consumption based billing. Appears like this

  • Oracle Marketing Automation Responsys Base Enterprise Account: usage cost during Feb is US$ 109,00 - this is not the Responsys product bought.
  • Oracle Marketing Automation Responsys Enterprise Cloud Service - 1000 Interactions: usage cost during Feb is US$ 0,00 - this is the Responsys product bought.
