Experience implementing reCAPTCHA for a TBE Careers Sites?

Summary:

We had an issue where the theladders.com website scraped/crawled our internal career site and posted the internal jobs on their public site. They also have a service where they then apply to these jobs for applicants. We would like to prevent theladders and other sites from scrapping/crawling our internal sites with automated tools/crawlers.

I am looking for anyone who has implemented reCAPTCHA for their TBE career sites and willing to share their experience.
