Summary:
In performance document, the edit icon to Performance Overall Rating Result normally can be hidden or shown in any situations. But owing to the clients' demanding, this icon should only be hidden when the document is for annual. In probationary documents, the edit icon should be shown. please help me, thanks a lot.
