Education content section hidden fields but still showing in Candidate's application flow

Hello,

In my Education Content Section (Profile Types : Person), I have made every field hidden except for the mandatory Degree :

But on the candidate's job application flow, on the Education block and adding a degree, some fields are still displayed (this is in French language, "Majeure" is "Major", "Ecole" is "School", etc.) :

I've also tried looking in HCM Studio: Define Application Flow Required Fields, and have made the Education fields "not visible", but they are still showing for the candidate.

Any idea ?
