Is it possible to have the weightage to be enforce for each goals added after the goal plan

Summary:

The ask is in the goal plan there is an option to have maximum and minimum number of goals in the created goal plan. we need to know whether there is a possibility that we can enable or have an option that we need to have the goal weightage enabled and get updated on the goals that are added by the employees.

for an example:

When we set the maximum number of goals should be 10 for the goal plan and each goal should get the 10% available when the user adds goals in the goals section without entering manually the goals weightage section.
