P2T for multiple cloud Applications

Hi

We are using the following applications

Sales and service cloud, CPQ, Oracle Field Service

We are integrations between Sales cloud and CPQ , Service cloud (B2B) and Field service.

What is the best approach for a P2T refresh for each of these applications since there is a data dependency between these applications.

Do we need to request for a P2T for all the applications at one time to maintain the data synchronization between these apps

Any suggetions will be appreciated
