To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered.

Candidates referred by agent receiving notifications
Summary:
Our organisation does not want candidates that have been referred to a requisition through the agency portal to receive any contact from us until they have received a phone call screening from our Talent team. Our organisation also sends automated emails to external candidates who are unsuccessful in their job applications and moved to 'Rejected by Employer' in the first two phases of our CSP.
Candidates referred by recruiting agents become external candidates; If a candidate has been referred and the agent has created a job application on behalf of them we do not want them receiving a rejection letter as that invalidates the agents selecting to create a job application on behalf of them.
