Benefits: How to cater for Expat people?

Summary:

Hello,

We have a program called 'Health Insurance'. This program was initially eligible for legislative 'Mauritius'.

However, we have got a new requirement from the client to cater for expat cases.

For example, suppose Employee A is from Mauritius. This employee already has enrollment for the Health Insurance program. However, a global transfer is added for Employee A where the new legal employer is a company in Madagascar.

So, the client wants that Employee A should continue his benefit enrollment for Health Insurance.

The first thing we did was on the eligibility profile, we have added 'Madagascar'. We saw that after the global transfer, a new hire life event is detected. Therefore, we evaluate it.

Howdy, Stranger!
