Multiply the rate by # of selected dependents in the "Who do you want to cover" dropdown

Summary:

Is the data from selecting/checking off a dependent saved anywhere and can the selections be multiplied by the rate? We already have a formula multiplying the # of eligible dependents by the rate but the client doesn't like that it is automatic before the employee selects their dependents.
