Redwood Payroll Relationships page gives unexpected security error

In the Redwood Payroll Relationships page, amending or adding a payroll relationship is generating this message.

Using the responsive UI Payroll Relationships page (via Person Management), we are able to make the changes without any issue.

Any suggestions what might be causing this? I have full Payroll Manager View All security access.
