All Participant Feedback anonymous for employee

Hi Experts,

we have a requirement to make the participant feedbacks (basically a questionnaire) anonymous for employee, whether the participant are added by employee or the manager

This is the setup of the questionnaire section per role:

In the process tab of the performance document template, there's the option "Worker can view the participants added by manager or HR".

• If we enable it, the employee is able to see all participant feedbacks received in an anonymous way (which is good for our requirement) but he's also able to see the names of the participants if he clicks on the Manage Participant Feedback link
