Termination Life event triggering while Nonworker and Contingent Worker getting Terminated

We need help for Termination Life event Set-up.

We are having two requirement

a) Termination LE should trigger on Termination Date

b) Termination LE Should trigger only for Employee.

We initially setup the configuration where FF for termination and Formula used with Per_all_assignment_F Old and new Value = anyvalue. By this Termination Life event was triggering next day of termination. As we are chaning the table, Termination Life Event is not triggering for Termination Transaction.

Second setup we configured where no FF and using Per_period_of_Service , column name actual termination date and No value for Old and Any Value for New Value. This working fine but by termination Life event is triggering for nonworker and Contingent worker also.
