How to make a DFF field read only based on condition logic on another DFF field

Summary:

As per business requirement, there is a DFF field which needs to made read only when other DFF field with certain value are present in Customer Account level(HZ_CUST_ACCOUNTS)

For ref: In above screenshot, needed to make "Additional Emails" field as read only based on values of another DFF Field "Account Type"
