Looking for Requisition FYI notification Data model and report (ReqStatusFYI notification)

Summary:

We are interested in knowing if there is a data model or report available for the ReqStatusFYI notification. Due to the fact that we presently have the data model and seeded report for the Requisition Approval Email Report notification, we are unable to locate the data model and seeded report for the ReqStatusFYI notification.


Because Oracle is delivering the FYI email message, the data model and report (such as the Requisition Approval E-Mail Report) must exist someplace else; otherwise, the email contents cannot be sent according to my understand
