Will goals in goal plan impact if eligibilty is changed is changed

Hi

Will like to know if there are chances of goals been impacted in goal plan if the eligibility criteria is changed and processed again, Asking as there a goals already been aligned and approved for this year and the eligibility is getting changed which is as per performance document.

Please let us know if there are data impacts in goals and performance document
