Can we enable AP approval notification only for rejection

We have a requirement wherein the AP approval initiator needs to receive the approval notification only in case the AP invoice is rejected. They prefer not to receive notifications when the invoice is approved.

Upon checking the notification setup, I observed that the available options are 'Complete' and 'Update Outcome.' However, utilizing both options includes notifications for both approval and rejection. Is it possible to configure it solely for rejections?
