Summary:

 We are facing a discrepancy in the recent update of the Oracle seeded report titled 'Performance Document Worker Ratings Report' and 'Performance Document Worker And Manager Ratings Report'.

To enhance the template, we undertook a customization process and successfully implemented the update on the backend. The revised template is functioning as intended in the backend environment. However, an issue has surfaced on the frontend, where the report continues to display the older template, failing to reflect the recent updates.

Note:

  • Profile option created - BIP_CLIENT_REFRESH_TIME_HCM and value set to 10
