ability to manually/schedule export questions asked and input answered from all production interview sessions.

We would like to export the data from all production interview sessions on a weekly basis (minimum) so that we can run reports and analysis on the interview path users take, and the answers provided to enhance/improve our policy modelling process and content. Is this something we can perform? Are there any documentation available?
