How to enable the target/minimum proficiency level in performance document in Redwood?

Hello,

We are creating a performance document for evaluating Competencies.

Competencies are coming from the Job profiles. There, all of them have a minimum proficiency level set as well.

Since we have Redwood enabled, when doing the evaluation process in the performance document it doesn't show the minimum level anymore. This used to work in the pervious UI.

We are using 24A at the moment.
