Loan Setup using Benefit Module

Summary:

Hi All,

Requesting design suggestions from experts on below scenario:

For a leading airlines based in UK, we are leveraging Benefits Module to setup Loans.

Overview of Requirement: Clients offer Interest Free Loans to cover cost of commute for employees. Loan Amount is inputted by Employees while making enrollment. It can be paid back after 3,6, or 12 months (these 3 durations are Options configured under said plan). These deductions will be from salary (In Oracle Benefit Deduction Elements will be used to communicate this number to payroll)

Challenge: Benefit Rates cannot be end dated unless a qualifying life event is triggered to impose enrollment end rules.

Howdy, Stranger!
