Is it possible to auto populate an employee's details within a Journey?

I would like to create a Journey in which employee-related details of the employee using the Journey are automatically populated. Details such as Employee Full Name, Employee Number, Manager Full Name, for example.

Is this possible? If so, please could somebody explain how?
