"Assigned Buyer" information should be included in the notification header email for the ADF page.

Summary:

We have a business need to incorporate the "Assigned Buyer" data in the notification header email. However, because the ReqStatusFYI notice is an ADF Page, we do not yet have a data model or a seeded report for it.

So, please suggest how we may complete the need.
