OTBI Open Evals with Task and Task Status (most recent record)

We are looking for an OTBI report that shows: Employee, Manager, Date of Eval, Eval Name, Task and Task Status where it only brings in the most recent task and task status - 1 row per person - for open evaluations (NOT completed).

When we use the subject areas of Workforce Performance Task Status Real Time and Workforce Performance Document Status Real Time, we are getting many rows per person.

We'd like to show the most recent status, like this:

Employee Bob, Manager Sally, 1/1/2024, Annual Performance Evaluation, Employee Provide Final Feedback, In Progress.

Employee Joe, Manager Sally, 1/1/2024, Annual Performance Evaluation, Manager Provide Final Feedback, Ready.
