Release the performance document of all employees except few designations in case talent HRBP completes the performance document using the process mass action.

Also, in case the performance document is unlocked by the talent HRBP after calibration and the manager receives the notification to release the document for their direct reports. If the direct reportee belonged to the specified designation then the manager should not be able to release the rating for those employees.
