tried creating the question to edit/ update link but the link button is not working

Summary:

Hi All,

We were trying to edit an existing question under Questionnaire to edit/ update the link but the link button is not working. We also tried to create a new question but the link button is not working that time also.

Path is- setup and maintenance-> Questionnaires


Can anyone please help us in this ?
