Has anyone had success adding 3rd party UI/UX analytics tools to CX Sales?
Summary:
I'm interested to see if anyone has had luck connecting any 3rd party UI/UX analytics tools into CX Sales, such as Adobe Analytics or Mixpanel.
I need to understand things like feature adoption and frequency of usage, but I am unaware of anything within the platform that can give a comprehensive view of this. I would love insights into how you made it work at a high level or point to how I can get this type of data.
