Eloqua’s form Spam Protection feature is a proactive and preventive solution to address and minimize spam, as well as limit form submissions from unverified sources.

This feature aids Eloqua users in combatting potentially malicious spambots or individuals, with the flexibility of using it on a per-form basis.

Form Spam Protection is currently released under the Controlled Availability program. If you don’t see this feature in your instance, have your admin put in a Service Request ticket for activation.

Enabling the Feature

To enable the feature in your Eloqua form:

1.     Confirm the feature is enabled for your user via Security Group settings. If not, consult your admin to request that they add the setting to your user Security Group.
