We have our Health Savings Account as an unrestricted plan so it can be changed at any time.
When making changes - entering amount - then submitted the communicated amount goes to $0.00

Our HSA account is an unrestricted plan - employees can change at any time.
There are 4 options under this plan with eligibility definitions so only 1 shows up based on the plan they chose. 3 of the 4 plans work great however one I can't seem to figure out what is wrong.
HSA Employee Only - They are to enter the amount they want deducted per pay period. However when you click submit it zero's out - $0.00.
