China privacy consent for candidates
Does Oracle have anything in place to accommodate China’s new(ish) data privacy law in particular as it relates to candidates? We reviewed the existing options with our legal team and they feel that simply using the terms & conditions box is not sufficient. Candidates can click on that without reading it and it’s not specific to China. Is there anything we can put in place specific to China requisitions that displays the privacy policy and stops candidates from applying who do not consent?
