Receiving Permissions Error From Digital Assistant Expense Bot

Hello,

I am receiving the following error when attempting to enter expenses through the SMS chat bot: "Sorry, I can't start an expense for you because you don't have permissions yet. Contact your help desk to get set up."

But in the instance this is occurring the Oracle Web channel for the expense bot is functioning as intended. I can submit expenses through the web channel. As well as I have the necessary access to create/submit expenses.
